Capital Power Income L.P. (CPI) formerly known as EPCOR Power L.P. is a limited partnership energy company. The company is engaged into various diversified business and manages portfolio of 19 wholly owned power generation assets based on natural gas, waste heat, wood waste and hydro-power, in Canada and the US. It also has a 50% interest in a power generation asset in Washington. Currently, CPI owns and operates eight power generation stations in Canada with a total of 320 MW of annual electricity generation capacity. Under its US region, it owns and operates 12 power generation stations with 1,080 MW of annual generation capacity and 4,157 mlbsph of steam.
