It is a free trading business as it is not managed by any control agency. This has made this the largest of all. Forex Market is based on free floating currencies. It means that every country has different currency and the rates of these currencies may vary according to the economic condition of that particular country.

So one can make profit according to the change in currency value. Most of the people don’t understand that the change in value of the currency can make money for them. Another main point behind its success is that even you can invest a single dollar here. In this global market you can trade with any other currency. The selection of currency depends upon your experience and knowledge. Mostly Euro and US Dollars are traded in this market. These are called “the kings of currency” in the Foreign Exchange Market. Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollar etc are also considered as good ones over here. These are mostly used by the well-known, reputed and established traders.

These are represented by special abbreviations in the market. Some of these abbreviations are as follows: USD for United States Dollar, EUR for Euro, CAD for Canadian Dollar and AUD for Australian Dollar.
