Bootstrapping Entrepreneur – The 4 W’s For Creating Happiness in Your Small Business

This article will give you a short guide to the 4 W’s, which will direct you towards happiness in your small business ventures. Too often people go into business for the wring reasons, only to have created themselves a new job in a place they don’t like, working with partners they can’t stand. The purpose of this article is to give you an outline of the 4 things that you need to consider in order to bring you happiness in your outside life.

Here are the 4 W’s:

1. What business are you in? You must be excited to get up every day and participate in your business. If you aren’t thinking and strategizing, being proud of, and getting really excited about your business on a daily basis, then you are probably in the wrong industry.

2. Wheredo you work? Quality of life is critical. If you have created a business for yourself that requires you to travel constantly, or does not allow you to travel and you are the exact opposite of either situation then you will burn out fast. Also, the location of your business, in which part of the world, will be critical to your well-being and needs to be thought of before you begin. You may be small now, but will you still want to live in the same place even if your business booms? Can you relocate if you choose to? Is your business portable (the ultimate freedom)?

3. Whendo you work? Do you want to work from sun up to sun down, or would you rather work at a pace that you choose and spend most of your day doing the things that you like doing? These are all parameters that must be thought about before you begin your business, or as you mold your business for growth.

4. Whodo you want to work with? Do you want to have a family business with no outside influence? Do you enjoy the company of your business partner? Would you rather work alone? The people that you work with can make or break your business life, well beyond making money or general success. If there is someone that you are considering partnering with and you have a hard time with them, your work life will be miserable.

The entire point for most people to create a small business is to gain financial freedom, so they in turn, can do the things they want to do. If you follow the 4 W’s and really think about each step, then you have a really good shot at business happiness, which will lead to life happiness.

If you’re a single mother and you would like to start a small business, the government has special programs to help you. Government grants for single mothers are awarded each and every year to those who apply and so are small business grants for women. Over 5 million people received funding from the government in the form of a grant to help them start their business, buy a home or take of personal needs.

Grants for single moms can help you start your weight loss business or you could even start your own daycare. $ 65,000 and $ 100,000 or awarded for both of these programs respectively. Small business grants for women can help any woman start their own business and get away from the rat race so they no longer have to work for anyone ever again. They will awarded money for any business idea.

The government puts this money into the economy in order to stimulate it. Americans who own businesses are more likely to provide jobs and provide a secure income rather than larger corporations tend to have many layoffs.

So, if you have a business idea that you would like to start, small business grants for women can help get you the money that you need to get your feet off the ground. This money never has to be repaid and you do not have to pass a credit check in order to receive funding to start your own business. Financially, this makes much more sense than applying for a business loan from a bank that will charge you interest and hassle you for payments if you are late.

If you’re 18 years of age or older and a legal United states citizen you meet the requirements to receive free government money. All you need to do is apply for the program of your choice.

I have found this resource for grants and I am sharing it with you. Government Grant Programs.
