Nutrition: those sprinting everyday will easily fall prey to junk food habits. First and foremost, it is therefore essential to have a type of discipline to have a perfect control over what you put inside your body to keep it running. One of the best food habits is to cut down on the garbage and keep the carbohydrates to the minimum. Eating five small meals a day is better than the heavy traditional three.

Exercise: Never compromise on exercises.  Though most people complain they do not have time, most successful entrepreneurs have found the ways of doing it. Make a small start and grow gradually. Always keep it below thirty minutes to accommodate exercise within your daily schedule without a break. Every day, keep your heart rate up at least for twenty minutes.

Water: Drinking water is the easiest of the five good health habits. Drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day is necessary for good health. This is just a little more than two litres. If you regularly drink at least half a litre of water when you wake up, you can take half a litre while exercising and the rest during your meal times or in between.

Sleep: Researches have shown that ensuring enough sleep every night is one of the important keys to maintain vitality. More than the number of hours you sleep, it is essential to see how long you had undisturbed deep sleep. Breathing exercises and a number of other bed-time rituals might help you in this. Avoid television and reading unnecessary stuff before going to bed.

Supplements: Ensure you take multi vitamins and some important key supplements in your daily food in some way to required levels. Since body absorbs it very easily, it is advisable to depend on a liquid nutraceutical.
