Russia and China has signed a contract recently to enhance the energy cooperation, in the mean while Moscow stated that it will strive hard to provide energy to the countries which are suffering from energy crisis. This contract was signed on the arrival of the Dmitry Medvedev, the President of Russia but the contract did not include the testimonials on the coal, natural gas, renewable energy etc. Igor Sechin, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia addressed the reporters in Beijing that Russia will be joining hands with China in the future to produce natural gas and this project will be starting in the year 2015. Russia is ready to satisfy the complete natural and oil gas needs of the China and the Russian State controlled gas giant Gazprom, will be furnishing around 30 billion cubic meters of gas every year till three decades and this contract will be beginning from the year 2015.

The previous year the China contributed $ 34.6 billion towards the clean energy, while the contribution done by the United States was around $ 18.6 billion and this year China is ready to invest $ 75 billion for the clean energy. Peggy Liu, the chairperson of the Shanghai-based Combined U.S.-China collaborationism on the Clean Energy declared that, the people in China are strong-growing are they are experimenting on various latest technologies. Zhou Dadi, the State Expert Advisory Committee vice chairperson of the National Energy Leading Group in China expressed that China is on the motive of trying new things and they are toiling to alter the system and to discover novel methods to generate energy.
