Many people are talking about Global Warming and specifically CO2 and yet the reality is that unless all nations sign on board, how can we maintain sustainability around the planet? After all we have enough issues with the many different currencies in the World, different cultures and different forms of Government? How can we stop human pollution of the atmosphere when only some nations sign up to do something about it?
This debate is relevant to many aspects of the Global Economy including the money flows of a one-world currency. If the World Governments were set up like a franchise system and the money flowed throughout, it would be easier to control. Likewise if every nation submitted to the same pollution controls, we could control the pollution flows.
When we look at some nations which want to be on their own, detached from the rest of the world, immersed in their own culture, yet trade for resources, products with the rest of the world this is a problem, as they need to be either all in or all out. Half-way is dangerous for the single nation, too it is dangerous for the rest of the world to impose on the culture of various nations who wish to remain independent.
Still it behooves us all to stand up to China and ask them not to pollute or we stop commerce. Of course the way China sees it; It would be like humans telling “frogs” how to live, well that just will not work for them at all.
In many parts of the world things are not sustainable, just like the inhabitants of Easter Island cut down all the trees and died, so too are the folks in Bangladesh in serious trouble. Who will take them in, who has room, where will they go, what can we do, what should we do, whose fault is it, etc. There are many sides to this issue indeed.
Doesn’t that create new instability for those with sustainable systems ultimately making them unsustainable, as well? The fact is we are all in this together. Every instability in the World affects some other part of the world with regards to human civilization. It is all interrelated and interrelated with all other species as well, whether humans choose to accept it or deny it, it still is fact. I hope you will consider all this in your thoughts this week.
