It is undeniable that Milan is an active city. People call it “the economy capital” and the cradle of art. The city is the home of unique working style and life style. It is regarded as one of the fashion capitals of the world, with major fashion brands like Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Gucci, Prada, and Versace. Many international fashion labels also operate shops in Milan. Besides fashion, Milan has few remains of the ancient Roman colony. Some great basilicas built at the city gates are San Nazaro in Brolos, Sant’Eustorgio, Sant’Ambrogio, and San Simpliciano which stand as some of the most important and finest churches.
