Create an account:
Make sure you use a user name which will relate to your business. The business name would be best. Upload both a background and image that are both catchy, and have your business logo within them. Get Followers:

Tweet Your Messages:
Once you have a large number of followers, you can begin tweeting to them. If you have a website with a special on a product or service, or wrote a recent blog post that you think your followers may be interested in, tweet about it. Remember to have value in your tweets. People will unfollow you just as fast as they followed you if you simply spam links over and over again.
